Caramel Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 35% cream, whipped
  • 1 package (250g) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, prepared
  • Parfait additions: TURTLES Fudge Brownie, crisp chocolate cookies, additional caramel sauce

Preparation

Step 1

WHIP the heavy cream to stiff peaks using a stand mixer fitted with the whip attachment (or electric beaters).
TRANSFER the whipped cream to another bowl and set aside.
IN the bowl of the stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese in stages so the mixture remains light and airy without any lumps of cream cheese.
ADD the caramel sauce and refrigerate the cheesecake mousse for a couple of hours to set.
LAYER the mousse into parfait glasses with the TURTLES, cookies (broken into large pieces), and caramel sauce before serving.
