Ingredients
- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c plain greek yogurt
- ½ c parmesan cheese-grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Combine yogurt, cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in bowl.
Step 3
line baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Step 4
coat each chicken breast in greek yogurt mixture and place on foiled baking sheet.
Step 5
bake for 45 minutes.
