Ingredients
- 10 oz uncooked fettuccine, broken in half
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can Campbell's condensed low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated light parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and adding broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cook chicken until well browned, stirring often.
Step 4
Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and fettuccine mixture and heat through, stirring often.
The creaminess of the chicken sauce makes this meal-in-a-skillet very easy to mix and prepare. Serve immediately to enjoy the sauciness at its best.
