Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Apple Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Step 2

In large bowl combine all dry ingredients, add in egg, butter and apple sauce mix well. Dough should be like pudding.

Step 3

Pour into greased bread pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1hr.

Step 4

Cool before serving.
