Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Butter (Melted)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl, and set aside
Step 4
In mixer bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Step 5
Beat in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla, beat until light and creamy.
Step 6
Mix in dry ingredients until blended.
Step 7
Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Step 8
Drop in big balls (up to 1/4 cup) on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, leaving room for them to spread.
Step 9
Bake 15-17 minutes, until the edges are just golden.
Can substitute M&M's, skor bits, or raisins in stead of chocolate chips.
