Matcha Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter - room temperature
  • 2 tbsp light cream
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 cups icing sugar - sifted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix matcha in with the light cream to make a paste. Beat butter briefly, scrape bowl.
Add the sifted icing sugar and matcha paste. Beat until smooth.
