Ingredients
- 2lbs ground beef
- 2 Cups cracker crumbs
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp salt
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 3/4 Cup vinegar
- 1 Cup water
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1/2 Cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first set of ingredients and form small tight balls, placing in roaster.
Step 2
Combine final ingredients into sauce and pour over meatballs.
Step 3
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
