Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl with the paddle attachment mix margarine and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time then add vanilla. With a spoon add the oatmeal, coconut and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Then add dry ingredients to wet and mix thoroughly. Spoon about 1 tbsp of cookie dough per cookie onto baking sheet
