Ingredients

  • 185 g (about 3/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese , softened
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar , divided
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 7 graham wafer s, divided
  • 2 cups frozen whole strawberries , slightly thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, milk, 3 Tbsp. sugar, vanilla and 6 wafers in blender until smooth. Pour all but about 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture into liquid measuring cup. Reserve for later use.

Step 2

Add strawberries and remaining sugar to cream cheese mixture remaining in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.

Step 3

Pour reserved cream cheese mixture slowly over strawberry mixture in glasses. Crumble remaining wafer; sprinkle over smoothies. Serve immediately.
