Ingredients
- Dry ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- Wet ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk w/ 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 c apple sauce
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c crushed pineapple w/ juice
- 3/4 c grated carrot
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/2 c coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. Beat together wet ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir till just combined.
