Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 salt
- TOPPINGS
- 1/4 cup Icing Sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350. beat all ingredients together in large bowl. roll into small balls and roll in sugar until coated.
Step 2
place on cookie sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes. after cooled dust icing sugar over cookies.
