Ingredients
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 8 salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic, ginger, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour into a large plastic bag and add fish. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Pour marinade in a saucepan over medium-high heat and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill fish for 2-3 minutes, flip, and baste cooked side with glaze from saucepan. Grill 2-3 minutes, flip, and baste again.
To reheat, let fish thaw in refrigerator overnight. Reheat with microwave on 70% power for 2-3 minutes. Don't overcook.
