Ingredients
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) quinoa
- 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) water
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored and finely diced
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- pinch cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan, stir in the quinoa and bring back to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer gently, covered, for 5 mins.
Add the apple and raisins and simmer for a further 5 to 10 mins, until the water is absorbed.
Stir in the mashed banana and cinnamon, then either puree in a blender (you may need to add a little milk) or serve just as it is!
