Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cutlets
  • Teraki sauce
  • 1 bag lettuce
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 1 small can bamboo shoots
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • Dressing
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ¼ c. vinegar
  • 1/8 c. soy sauce
  • ¼ c. oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Marnate the chicken in the teraki sauce, grill or cook 250 for ½ hour cut into strips. Chow Mein Noodles on top
