- 1/2 red pepper, green pepper and yellow pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 oz mushrooms chopped
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

cook rice saute veggies stir honey and soy sauce together mix rice, veggies, and sauce together
