Ingredients
- Traditional Shortbread
- ½ cup corn starch
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- Sift together cornstarch, icing sugar and flour. With a large spoon, thoroughly blend in butter. Work with hands until soft, smooth dough forms. Shape into 1” balls or use cookie gun to make shaped cookies. Decorate with cherries, sprinkles or nuts.
- Bake at 300F for 15 to 20mins. or until edges are lightly browned.
