Ingredients

  • 2 (250 g each) pkg. Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1 finely chopped Tbsp. onions
  • 1 chopped Tbsp. red peppers
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 chopped cup pecans, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.

Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.

Shape into ball; roll in nuts.

VARIATION
Mix cream cheese mixture as directed; shape into log or 24 small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in nuts until evenly coated. Serve as directed.

SUBSTITUTE
Substitute toasted chopped slivered almonds or finely chopped parsley for the pecans.
