Ingredients
- 2 (250 g each) pkg. Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1 finely chopped Tbsp. onions
- 1 chopped Tbsp. red peppers
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 chopped cup pecans, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
VARIATION
Mix cream cheese mixture as directed; shape into log or 24 small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in nuts until evenly coated. Serve as directed.
SUBSTITUTE
Substitute toasted chopped slivered almonds or finely chopped parsley for the pecans.
