Tuna Feta Salad

  • 1)80-100g Canned tuna fish
  • 2)4 pcs Romaine lettuce
  • 3)80g Cucumber
  • 4)½ pc Tomato wedges
  • 5)10-12 pcs Olives, cut into rings
  • 6)50g Feta
  • 7)Onion
  • 8)Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Oregano Vinaigrette:
  • 1)2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2)1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3)½ tsp Dried oregano (½ tbsp, if fresh one used)

Step 1

Cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

Place the lettuce and cucumber in a salad bowl. Arrange the tomato wedges around the dish. Top with the olive rings, tuna, feta and onion rings.

Step 3

Chill and serve with the prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
