Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bacon
  • 1 pkg cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Can biscuit 8ct

Preparation

Step 1

Quarter biscuits, place cheese cube inside each quartered biscuit and close tightly, wrap bacon tightly around biscuit and use large skewer to hold together. Heat pan of oil (canola) to 350degrees and place them in only a few at a time. Once a golden color and bacon is cooked take out and drain on paper towel. Serve warm.

When bacon is done they are done.
