Ingredients
- 1 c persimmon pulp
- 2 t baking soda
- 3 c white sugar
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 2/3 c water
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix your pulp and baking soda let it stand for 1 minute. Then add sugar, oil, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and water mix well. Add the flour in a little at a time. When you get all the flour mixed in add nuts then pour into bread pans and bake at 350
