Ingredients
- 3 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 C cocoa
- 1 t salt
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add:
- 2 t vinegar
- 3/4 C oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 C water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix. Pour in a 9x13 or 2 8" round pans. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. (I'll say that I always have to bake longer if I'm making it in a 9x13, just do the toothpick test to tell if it's done).
