Chicken Pot Pie on the Fly

Ingredients
- 2 cooked and diced Chicken breasts
- 8 diced and cooked Potatoes
- 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1/2 C diced Onion
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Top Crust:
- Pie Dough sheet
- OR
- Biscuits (canned, homemade or Bisquick)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 X 13 pan. Top with Pie Crust or Biscuits.
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Topping should be a nice golden brown when done.
The filling mixture can be frozen as a make-ahead meal. Double the batch and save one for later.
