Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mash banana with butter. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Bake in a loaf pan for 5to 60 minutes.
