Raspberry Vanilla Refrigerator Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry jam/ preserves
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pint Mason jar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients and greek yogurt in the mason jar.

Step 2

Mix well.

Step 3

Add raspberry jam and vanilla. Cover jar and shake to mix.

Step 4

Add enough raspberries to fill jar and stir.

Step 5

Refrigerate overnight for best results.
