Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 1 pint Mason jar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients and greek yogurt in mason jar. Mix well.

Step 2

Add maple syrup. Cover jar and shake well.

Step 3

Add enough blueberries to fill jar and stir.

Step 4

Refrigerate overnight for best results.
