Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine all wet ingredients.

Step 2

Mix well, but do not over mix wet and dry ingredients.

Step 3

Pour onto a hot non-stick pan or skillet. Turn once bubbles form in center of pancake.
