Ingredients
- 500 g corn meal
- 1 ½ l water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the water to a simmer, add salt. Little by little stir in the corn flour until all is incorporated.
Let it simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes by stirring occasionally.
Step 2
When it is done, turn it upside down on a wooden plate or any plate and serve.
