Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1envelope yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 3/4 flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in bowl. Heat milk, water and margarine until warm 120 degrees. Add to flour, beat 2 minutes, add 1/4 cup flour and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining flour. Knead for 8-10 minutes, cover and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 12 balls place in round pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes
