Ingredients

  • vegetables ( carrot, beans, peas ) 1 cup
  • Potato 2
  • Cashew 10 broken
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 rsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Cilantro ¼ cup
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • water 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, cashew nuts,turmeric,ginger garlic paste saute well until the raw flavor of ginger garlic paste goes.

Mix coriander powder,chill powder,and salt in water and add it. cook in a very slow flame keep mixing.

Add all boiled vegetables and cook till it becomes dry.

Add Mashed potato to this mixture ,Add lime juice and chopped cilantro.make a small dumplings make it into any shape.

Mix all purpose flour in 1/4 cup of water make a paste or mix 1 egg in 1/2 cup of milk.

Dip the cutlet into it and then dip in bread crumbs.

Deep fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown color.
