Ingredients
- 3 cups semolina
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
- 3 eggs beaten
- 30 gr dry yeast
- salt
- 1 yolk egg to glaze
Preparation
Step 1
sprinkle the yeast into 1/2 cup of the milk in a bowl. let stand for10 minutes.
Mix semolina, the flour and salt in a large bowl.Make a well in the center and pour in the dissolved yeast and the butter mixture and eggs .Mix in the flour to form a soft, sticky dough.
Step 2
turn the dough out onto a floured work surface.
knead until smooth about10 minutes.
form a large boll and reducing it at thickness of 2 cm
make a small shape heart and Brush the top with yolk
cover with dish towel and let rest until doubled in size.
bake in the preheat oven 350, until golden.
serve immediately.
