Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs baby spinach leaves
- 2tbs Olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- 1tbs butter
- 1lemon
Preparation
Step 1
In large pot on medium heat, heat garlic and olive oil until brown
Step 2
Add spinach, salt and pepper; toss it with garlic and olive oil. Cover pot and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Uncover pot, turn on high heat and add spinach and cook till wilted. Serve topped w/ butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
