Night Before French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread cut into 1" cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9X13 inch pan. Arrange bread in pan. Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Before baking, uncover, and dot with butter. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or longer. Serve warm with maple syrup.
