Banana Oatmeal Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups water (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Blend oatmeal, banana, and water (or almond milk), gradually adding the vanilla and baking soda.

Step 2

Once mixture is blended, leave it for 5 minutes to set. Pour into waffle maker and cook for 5-8 minutes.
