Ingredients

  • 250g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup pure icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup custard powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325•
Prepare the cookie sheets

Step 2

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and custard powder and mix until combined.

Step 3

Roll into little balls and flatten slightly or roll out and cut with cutters.
Place on sheets.

Step 4

Bake for 12 minutes,
Allow to cool on trays. Transfer onto wired rack:

Can be sandwiched with a buttercream filling!.
