Soft Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chip

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and Philadelphia cream cheese in a medium bowl. Add the egg and vanilla, mix well.

Step 2

Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and mix well. Lastly, add chocolate chip.

Step 3

Scoop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment or silicon lined baking sheets.

Step 4

Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

This is a soft cookie, hence the edges must be golden brown before removing from tray. If not, the cookie will fall apart.
