Ingredients
- 6 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 1/2 cup untoasted wheat germ
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup Grape Nuts
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (unroasted/unsalted)
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped prunes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first eight ingredients in large roasting pan.
Step 2
Combine next six ingredients into saucepan and warm over low heat.
Step 3
Pour into dry mixture and stir well.
Step 4
Roast for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
Step 5
Once mixture has cooled add the last six ingredients.
