Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- .75 c white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9X13" pan.
Step 2
Prepare cake as per instructions and pour into pan.
Step 3
Beat cheese, sugar,eggs and vanilla till smooth.Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake.
Step 4
Bake for 1.5 hrs or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
