Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, peanut butter and both sugars. Beat in eggs.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into peanut butter batter. Chill for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat over to 375 F.
Step 4
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until just browned. Do not overbake.
