Ingredients
- • 4 big red skin potatoes (steamed & diced 1/4")
- • 4 carrots (steamed & diced 1/4")
- • 5 big parsley roots (steamed & diced 1/4")
- • 6 hard boiled eggs (diced)
- • 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
- • 1/2 jar (32 fl. oz) of sour-tart pickles
- • 1 - 1.5 cups mayonnaise
- • 6-8 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- • Sea Salt and Fresh pepper to taste
