Ingredients
- • 1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- • 2 cups (500 mL) water
- • 1 medium banana
- • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced strawberries
- • 2 cups (500 mL) chopped fresh spinach (lightly packed)
- • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In blender, combine yogurt, water, banana, strawberries, spinach and honey or syrup (optional). Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
