Ingredients
- 1lb beef cut in thin strips
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 frozen peas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 4 c cooked egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT
In fry pan add beef cook thoroughly and browned
Add onions and fry until tender reduce heat to med.
simmer
Step 2
COMBINE
soup , peas, worcest. sauce, then add to beef mixture.
Bring to a boil.. , cover and simmer 5 minutes then reduce heat to low
Step 3
STIR
in sour cream, salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
spoon beef mixture on top of cooked egg noodles
Step 5
SERVES 4
