Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 cup Margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup Cocoa, divided
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 cups Hot Water
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In a 9 inch pan, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, powder and salt. In another bowl, blend margarine and 1/4 cup cocoa, add to dry ingredients along with milk and vanilla. Mix well. Combine remaining 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in a separate bowl. Sprinkler over batter. Carefully pour water over all of it. DO NOT STIR! Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Top will Ice Cream or Whipped Cream :)
