Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flower
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup margerine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2

Mix all cake ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake for 55 minutes

Step 3

Prepare topping:
Mix ingredients together in a medium sized pot

Step 4

Place on stove over medium heat

Step 5

Stir until it has become smooth and the sugar has dissolved

Step 6

Drizzle over entire cake, let cool
