Ingredients
- A quart jar with a lid
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in the jar in the order listed
Step 2
Seal up the jar and decorate!
Step 3
Make a tag for the jar that says the following:
Preheat oven to 375
Beat 1 cup butter in a bowl with 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients in the jar.
Beat at medium speed or stir.
One the mixture is finished, drop spoonfuls of batter on a greased cookie sheet, well spaced apart.
Bake for 8 minutes or until brown
Yield 4 dozen
