Crock Pot Pork Chops and Mushrooms recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 envelope dry onion mix
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chop in a skillet. Set aside. saute onion and mushroom.

Step 2

Place browned chops in 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker.

Step 3

Top with onions and mushrooms.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine soup mix, broth and soup.

Step 5

Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
