Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • • 1 cup Vanilla Wafer Cookie Crumbs
  • • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • Filling:
  • • 4 packages (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese
  • • 1 cup Sugar
  • • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • • 4 Eggs
  • • 3 tbsp Milk
  • • 3 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • • 1 tbsp Warm Water

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom of 9 inch pan.
2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Filling:
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended, add eggs.
2. Save 1 ½ cups of the batter.

Step 3

3. Stir instant coffee into water until dissolved. Mix with remaining batter and pour over crust.

Step 4

4. Stir milk into saved batter and pour over coffee batter.

Step 5

5. Bake at 325 degrees F for 65 minutes (until middle sets).
6. Let cool then refrigerate overnight.
