Puffed Wheat Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar - packed
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cocoa
  • 6 Cups Puffed Wheat

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa. Stir and bring to a boil over MED heat.

Step 2

Put puffed wheat in a large bowl. Pour sugar mixture over puffed wheat and stir until well coated.

Step 3

Press into greased or lined 8 inch pan. Let cool beofre cutting.
