Ingredients

  • 250g butter,
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar,
  • 1tsp vanilla,
  • 2 cups cake flour,
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakin powder
  • 3-4 Tex bars.

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out dough thick about 1&1/2" into a rectangle on a big piece of plastic wrap.

Place a tex chocolate in the centre of the dough and wrap dough around chocolate
Trim of all excess

Refrigerate for 30 mints until firm

slice the log into 7mm slices
Place 2cm apart on dusted baking tray

And bake at 325• for 10 -12 mints

When cool Drizzle with chocolate.
