Peach Upsidedown Cake

Ingredients

  • - 3/4 cup Butter soft
  • - 1/2 cup Sugar
  • - 2 cups Peaches
  • - 3/4 cup Sugar
  • - 1 Egg
  • - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • - 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • - 1 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1/2 cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Pre- heat oven to 350.

Step 2

In a bowl or measuring cup mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup butter.

Step 3

In another Large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. addadd egg vanilla milk and mix until smooth.

Step 4

Spread sugar butter mix evenly over the bottom of an 8 inch pan, and arrange peaches to cover.

Step 5

Pour Cake mix evenly over peaches and smooth out with spoon. Place in oven for 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

For a more caramel sauce you can use brown sugar. this is perfect with icecream, serve warm.
