Banana Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups skim milk or almond milk
  • 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 6 oz.vanilla yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

In a crockpot, combine milk, oats, bananas, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Cook on low for 1 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in yogurt and serve.
